Welcome to Chosen Hill School

We look forward to meeting you all soon.  In the meantime we will be adding some activities here for you to enjoy.

Competition Time!

Mrs Gregory, Head of Year 7, has launched a 'Design Your Own Bookmark' competition and would like to invite you to participate.  

Let your creativity flow and use your imagination - perhaps you would like to use your favourite book as inspiration or maybe a hobby - you can choose any theme you like.  (We suggest a size of 17cm x 5cm).

Please send your entries to publicity@chosen-hill.gloucs.sch.uk by Friday 24th May 2024.

Don't forget to let us know your full name and current primary school.

There will be a prize for the winner!

There are lots of things you can do to help you feel prepared for starting secondary school.

Here are our suggestions of activities that will help you:

• Write a list of all the things you will need to bring to school each day.  Use the information in our Welcome booklet to help you.

 

• Practice your journey to school

  How long will it take?

  What time do you need to leave home?

 

• Practice doing your tie - here is a video to help you.
